Hi all
Had another good fast walk today but did have a stalker which was, in fact, the bin lorry.🤣 Some of the roads where I live are old country roads and single track so the bin lorry has quite a job of it navigating the roads.
I didn't walk through any fields today as I wasn't wearing my walking boots, just trail shoes, I tended to keep to the country roads. I was pleased withb the steps which equate to approximately

Oh dear that was bad timing with the bin lorry. Its tricky to know what shoes to wear in the mud isn't it. I bought some ankle length welly type things but I doubt they do your feet much good to be honest.
Ha ha, that's what you get living in a village, very narrow roads, I was able to warn a couple of cars though so they didn't have to reverse a fair way😀.
It is difficult to know what to wear but definitely need walking boots in the fields and country footpaths now. I would imagine the ankle welly type boots you have would be great for walking the dogs.😀
