Walking and walking in a pleasant environment is known to improve our health and well being. Being out in nature can be very relaxing and therapeutic I wouldn't advise sneaking up on a family of wild boars hoping for a family photo as they're shy and fiercely protective of their young and having a wild board snort at you in rage raises your blood pressure for some reason...🤔 But I'd rather risk that than not having enough exercise and developing type 2 diabetes as that can have life changing consequences. Exercise a healthy balanced diet and enough sleep seems to be a magic combination for not risking obesity and or type 2D.

The photo is of the forest and shows how it is gradually turning green which I find enchanting as the leafing trees are almost ghost like from a distance, so another reason to see what Mother Nature has to offer us rather than hitting the shops and cafe's...😊
