Some do** know.....but many in our society dont know the private hell that nurses or true nurses (since some want to split hairs) ....go through.....they connect with their patients and lock on....and never .......let go ....they have an innate radar....prob a matrrnalism or woman thing.....but i have learned to listen...they know before things go south.....the smart people learn to listen....they monitor usring their senses.....and know.....what and how to protect how to comfort how to judge impsosible jobs and part of their soul goes with each losss.......its horrible to tell a nurse to stop beint that way ....thats asking a mother bird not to be amother bird....adds further to the insanity .......the techical, the records, the system the responsigities for life.......pma is a joke to those who live in the trenches.....murphy rules....they all know this but have to endure innane counselros and doctors who are clueless.......and just add to their private suffering. The worlds longest loops of Henle....a joke only they would get....second to the kangaroo rat........but we hear hospitals are trying to train them too.......Nap time was 800 years ago.......

then they tell dedcated nurses to stop grieving stip being a nurse

ok docs.....and shrinks and counselors....u stop breathing........they will stop being nurses.........greif and loss, victory and tragedy.....usually being blamed for everytintg completely out of their control.....horrendous shiftsn undermanned ....most husband of nurses just greet them (the good ones) with a wheel barrow to catch her.....and tuck her into bed.....completely exhausted..........the bad husbands.....and emplyers and families have no clue the stress the go throutgh.....every loss, just makes them more determined.........

moronic cousnelors and polyannie people who aint been there.....
