Like to thank people here I’ve had some dark days recently it doe’s seem never ending. These recent issues I’ve been helped through by people on here with bi. I over did it yesterday again I knew this was coming today but it doesn’t make it any easier, at least I’m not with no hope you people have helped me refocus and tomorrow is a different day. In need of more rest now peace out 🙏🏻

I agree I don’t write very much but to here others issues has helped me feel I’m not alone … I too push to hard sometimes but am now excepting of the day/days I need to recover .. this expectance has been a major turning point in my mental health …keep trying as the advice shared and something will work for you … good luck in your journey to fine the best road to deal with our not wanted new body/brain … ( that’s how I have felt when I woke up in what felt like someone else’s body ) Sue 😊
