Ah yes, the one where you open up the chicken then bash it 'til it's flattened. I googled the origin of 'Spatchcock' and (as you probably know) it's an Irish expression meaning simply dispatching of poultry ; quite sexist really as you never hear of 'Spatchhen' !

Didn't get my bacon ! I looked in he freezer to find NO bacon but as it was 'Brave the supermarket' day today I decided I'd make up for it Sat morning. Got home from Tesco to find I'd forgotten it ....,,,😦 Oh well.... 🙄 x
