Meh I had lots of fatigue and have done since start of year and was getting worried. Them some friends had a 24 hour bike spin cycle and I went along to support them. They were excessively positive even after 12 hours of spin bike cycling. And by midnight the fatigue was gone. So maybe it's all true.
