Had a look at this issue and look forward to reading the next one. Helping us get back to work is an important aspect to cover because many of us will face problems due to the barrier of visible or invisible but debilitating disabilities and not all employers understand the impact that noise, stress etc can have. I am trying to pretend that Christmas is not coming because it it is far too early to think about it but the penguin Christmas cards are very cute
