Hi I fell and hit the back of my head on the 4th March, I'm still suffering from headaches and tinnitus. I did suffer from anxiety and dizziness but in glad to say those systems have finished. After a few attempt s of going back to work I had 9 weeks off in total ! But went back this week full time, I found it very difficult.. my social life is no better as I still don't feel right a bit wobbly and constant headaches..

Don't be sorry for spelling, it's the least of your worries!

You took a bang on the head and sometimes these things take time to get better. You're doing great getting back to work so soon, be kind to yourself and listen to what your body is telling you. Give it more time to rest after all you are demanding from your brain just now. Social life may come to you in good time when you are more rested and used to the usual demands of working life.

Every time you push your limits you may need to get used to a new level of working before you try to introduce something else. It's just like having a cast off a broken leg, you wouldn't want to be running on the first day free of restraint!

I've been working from home 2days a week and going into the office 3 days a week, I make sure I take regular breaks through out the day, Friday was really hard so I did quit early and came home to rest , I suppose it's going to take a while. I can't believe a knock on the head could cause this much damage, I didn't even get a bump or bruise on my head and CT scan was clear ..
