Everything felt so slow for like 15 minutes.

When I woke up today morning it felt like surreal. Everything I did was in slow past. I was trying to do it faster but it just didn't work. It felt as if someone just pressed the slow motion button and everything I was doing was slow. What does this mean?

Hi. I just had a look at your profile to see how you acquired your brain injury and what problems it has caused. But you haven't given any info and therefore it is impossible to give any thoughts as to an answer to your question as could be lots of reasons - still early recovery, fatigue, fits, etc etc. Please tell us a bit more then we might have some ideas and suggestions.

Hiya there, i would guess along the lines of if your brain injury involved quite a degree of emotionl trauma that this could a) possiblly be a dissociative reaction; if you google this you will see what this is about. Dissociation type things can be quite deep down in how the mind tries to process things. But i could be way off beam here, i dont know much about partial seizue, or related experiences but maybe it could ve been related to partial seizure. Again i could be wrong, so maybe check in with a good medical professiinal. Sorry about my typing. Do take care.

I agree with Eleanor that it could have been type of seizure. Have you had seizures before Shahadz ?
