Anger is a force that loves to mess with me, I get mental and I see red and this happens, need help and I know it, put it this way. If I don't get it sorted then I am pretty much in the poo.

Bruising not even come out proply yet

First step, see a doctor and get referred to a psychologist.

Gosh you like me. It does die down but it's hard at first but it does get better, I had my car crash 3 and half years ago and I've got to the point I can just handle not showing it. For example, 2 weeks ago a stupid woman came in my lane sharply cutting me off and I had no choice but to crash into her. I haven't dealt with my first nasty car crash. The anger at her took over me and it's only cause my first crash has left me so bad that I didn't bite her head off. I was seriously shaking but she's still walking lol. Some people will say take a deep breath which is so annoying cause if it was that easy you would. When the anger takes over whatever the reason is imagin swallowing that thing or person, I will take a deep breath so I breath you in and think of there warped face as you do it. Tell me if this works for you. Mind I can do it now but I think in the early stages I couldn't. Good luck x

You realize that you have a problem wt anger since your brain injury, and that realization is a good thing. When you feel yourself beginning to get mad, stop everything that your doing, and ask yourself will getting angry really help me in the end. When your impulse control centers in your brain are acting properly, this normally goes on behind the scenes w/o you noticing it. It will get better, but for now, pausing and reflecting on your actions, will help you to react correctly.

I've never had the stop button working, when I was younger I just seemed to lose it at the first step, this involved breaking me or someone else
