Headway would like to thank everyone who has taken part in our survey into the effects of welfare, NHS and local authority funding cuts on people with brain injury.

We have had an excellent response so far, but to give us a stronger voice in campaigning for change, we have decided to extend the deadline until Monday 14th April.

The short survey asks questions about benefits, local authority and NHS support you receive, with space to explain how you feel about the changes and the impact they are having. It is designed for people with a brain injury, but can be completed by family members and carers on their behalf.

You can complete the survey at:

The survey results will be used in our Action for Brain Injury Week 2014 campaign, where Headway aims to be the voice of brain injury survivors across the UK to say 'Don't cut me out!'

The campaign aims to increase awareness of the plight of individuals and families affected by brain injury whose access to vital support services is being reduced as a result of funding cuts and welfare reforms.

As always, thank you for your support.
