Anyone know how it works to get all the progress notes from one headway branch to another?

I may have to move to an entirely different area. new GP, new hospital everything. I'm nervous cause I recently had to rearrange it all to get the help in first place as I was forgotten all about. My partner and I had absolutely no help. Do I have to go through all these assesments again?

Hi wannagetbetter,

Thank you for your question.

I think the best thing to do would be to speak to both the old and new Headways and explain your concerns. Each one has a different process, but they should be able to pass information on with your permission.

If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact our national helpline on 0808 800 2244 or helpline@headway.org.uk and we can try and assist you.

Best wishes,

Headway.

Hi, the best advise i can give you, is to get in touch with your new local headway branch/ group. Your local citizens advise and go on the NHS website to finf more information about GP's in your new local area. All this can be found from searching in Google.

Hope that helps a bit.
