New here, any advice please

Hi I have been having thyroid blood tests done lately due to symptoms of all over joint pain and stiffness. Fluid retention, severe constipation and weight gain. I got private thyroid bloods done as my GP results were all normal, except a high MCHC at 57???

The results came back from Medichecks stating my ferritin was elevated and now my GP is reluctantly doing iron studies next week. But she has told me the results are only slightly elevated. She said my ferritin would be through the roof if I had haemochromatosis. And keeps telling me she thinks I probably have fibromyalgia. But I disagree 🥺My mum has just passed away in March but she had long standing NAFLD. And type 2 diabetes. Don’t know if that would be relevant or not. Here are my results and report. Any suggestions please
