Triple Inhaled Therapy at Two Glucocorticoid Doses in Moderate-to-Very-Severe COPD.
Triple fixed-dose regimens of an inhaled glucocorticoid, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), and a long-acting β2-agonist (LABA) for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) have been studied at single dose levels of inhaled glucocorticoid, but studies at two dose levels are lacking. He has always maintained that it was spit and phlegm build up that was causing the coughing and in the morning his CPAP mask would

Glycopyrrolate or Atropine?
Abstract Atropine and glycopyrrolate (
glycopyrronium
bromide), a quaternary ammonium drug, were evaluated in volunteers following intramuscular administration with respect to effects on various end-organs with cholinergic innervation.

Saliva control?
M has had poor saliva control for over 2 yrs we have had temporary relief with
Glycopyrronium
which helped for about 8 months. Initially hyocene patches (18 months ago) caused major bad reactions (involuntary limb motions, chokes and irregular breath control).

I have hyperthyroidism - since Oct 2013. I also have Hyperhidrosis of the head for which I use Glycopyrronium Bromide on my face and throat.
Can I continue to use the Hyperhidrosis cream which I have used to control the sweating for many years? Could this be contributing to the hyperthyroidism? I have seen one comment on-line but it didn't indicate what the conflict between the hyperthyroidism and using the cream might be.

SEEBRI (Glycopyrronium)
First of all, Merry Xmas everyone! I wanted to ask if anyone on here uses Seebri, and what do you think of it? Ihave Stage 4 COPD (Emphysema), I have been on it for a few weeks now and at first it was fantastic, I did not need to use my ventolin at all and could actually take a big deep breath! But,
