I ate half Chinese curry which I know I shouldn't. Return of symptoms last 6 weeks, has anyone else had same?

I got glutened at Christmas sand it was over three weeks before I started to feel back to normal.....

Hi hayleyrobert - I think it varies with each individual, but with my Dermatitis Herpetiformis it usually takes a minimum of a month to feel 'better' and often longer... It's not just the skin rashes, it's the whole stomach area, tiredness, brain fog - it all comes back and stays around for a while... Hope you feel better soon. Must admit I steer totally clear of Chinese food because even if it were 'gluten free' there are so many other additives I can't cope with, especially msg...

Thank s for info, got. Hospital in 5weeks more tests no doubt, it's all still new as only been gluten free for 19 months. Cheers
