For example Coeliac Disease and Sports what do you do to boost yourself after the gym? Preparing for Xmas? When did you begin the GF shop and what products are you finding it hard to get hold off? Coping with Thyroid Disease and Coeliac Disease or Diabetes and Coeliac Disease? What tips do you have?

Matt from HealthUnlocked here - just to say that you can now start looking at the geography of the GFG group by going to the members area and joining the GFG map. The idea is to be able to see where we all are and if anyone else is nearby.
