It is useful for those who feel that they are experiencing problems with gluten; is a good introduction to those who may be newly diagnosed; those who believe they have a problem with gluten; those who may have gluten intolerance or coeliac disease and would like to see a little information about 'gluten.'

People who have Coeliac Disease apparently produce both a large amount of zonulin and anti-zonulin antibodies compared to non-celiac patients and patients in remission, who are eating a gluten-free diet. Zonulin is a protein and is believed to act like a gatekeeper to our tissues.

The difference between Coeliac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity
A couple of questions for people who have been gluten free for some years...
How many A-symptomatic coeliacs have started to eat gluten again?The meaning of 20ppm of gluten and why it therefore is so very dangerous to both people with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance
Can I make a plea that all of us who are coeliac stop saying that we are allergic to or intolerant of gluten.
