Many people appear to think that trying to look at at least one thing to cheer yourself up helps with any autoimmune condition. It can be so easy to fall in a downward spiral and despair. I was searching for fresh information regarding coeliac disease and accidentally came across this site and thought may be occasionally we should try and post something a little lighter on here so that if any of us feel a little depressed we can find something to help to lighten our day!

This blog is pretty funny: celiacbites.com I particularly like the gluten-free haikus:

I want a doughnut.

But I can’t have one of course.
