Hi,

I just read a post on coeliac.com about straws - not all are gluten free. Thought I would share.

Interesting! I won’t be using wheat straws anyway, whether they contain gluten or not; as well as having coeliac disease I also have a problem with wheat, so I have no codex wheat starch and can’t have certain branded gluten free products for this reason. Generally speaking though, I’m not a person to use straws at all, but these things are great to know, nonetheless.

Neither do I - also environmentally friendly cutlery eg what you might get from somewhere like M&S.

Good to know. One of those things you just don't think about really, but another thing to stay aware of. Thanks for posting.
