Colon cleanse

Has anyone ever had a complete colon cleanse? And if you have what would you recommend?

Yes I have but I don’t know whether it is a good idea as it can wash out a lot of your good ba Teri’s. ???

No not had colon wash but had a colon scope up my rectum looking for cancer. Hurt a lot because ....

Had an enema before to clean out. Having a child is more painful.

Yes I had that, but I was drowsy so don’t feel pain. The cleanse before the procedure is great Clean out I think only a doctor can give it.
