I was diagnosed with celiac disease in February and struggled at first but its getting easier with time.was then diagnosed with emphysema in March.be glad to see the back of 2017 I think lol 😁

Hi Erniem, I'm glad that you're finding the diet easier it does take time so you're in good company on here. So any questions/queries then you just ask away.

As for your emphysema that's bad news and one of my friends has it and she often walks 15+ miles without getting breathless and in my opinion her biggest worry is knowing that she has it, so good luck with that. Here's a link to a couple of other HU sites that may interest you:
