I get tired all the time I think it is something to do with being GF as I never had this trouble before

It could be you are lacking in some vitamins/minerals or nutrients. Have you had any recent blood tests? There are lots of reasons for excess tiredness including thyroid issues, another auto immune condition that rears its head for lots of coeliacs. Talk to your gp and ask for some tests to be run.

Also get your B12 levels checked. In gluten breaads & cereals they are often fortified with b vitamins & that may have been topping up your low levels & now yu are gf, you may not be getting that top up. Your GP should be happy to test for the basic b12, along with iron etc
