Hi Everyone, been celiac for 3 years. Last year a lot of my symptoms came back, Dr sent me for stomach scan and blood tests which came back okay. 3 weeks ago I had food intolerance test which came up positive for dairy. I know this can go hand in hand with celiac! However had no dairy etc for 3 weeks and symptoms still persisting if not worse!!! Anyone have similar experience. HELP PLEASE

You could try keeping a food diary to see if you can pinpoint any particular food triggers. Unfortunately it is possible to have problems with several other foods, for example soya is fairly common.

The additives in some ready made gluten free foods can cause gastric problems. Look out for methyl cellulose, emulsifiers and guar or xanthan gum. Some people also have problems with psyllium.
