I woke up this morning with hard itchy bumps on my elbows. Does anyone. Know what this is? 😞

It could be eczema. Coeliacs are 3 times more likely to get it than anyone else.

Could be hives (allergic reaction). I have dermatitis herpetiformis, the coeliac form of dermatitis, and it looks like your rash and appears most on my elbows but has blisters filled with clear fluid. I try holding it under a cold tap to calm the itch and use steroid cream when I need to. It itches like crazy and the more you scratch it, the worse it gets!

Hope it disappears soon.

I, also have DH, it starts like this and very quickly developed into the watery, thin walled 'blister' type skin lesions, they look a little like burn blisters. They also develop on my knees, buttocks and in my mouth, and spread out further down my limbs.

Eczema tends to be in the skin creases, ie behind the knee and inside the elbow (but you possibly are atypical of this)

I have dermatitis herpetiformis, which is a form of celiac disease. The spots look like yours and appear on the upper body on each side.
