Be warned I recently succumbed to eating fruit pastilles for the same reason and spent 2 days recovering. Not good! It is the glucose syrup that does it for me and I suspect that ingredient is in Quality Street too.

I find that a home made mixture of coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey and chopped hazelnuts satisfies much of the chocolate cravings, without any of the sugar, glucose syrup or soya. It needs to be set in the fridge, and can melt quite easily, but well worth the trouble. A bit of milk powder will make it milk chocolate if you can handle the lactose. Recently I came across a recipe for making a home made Bounty, but not tried it yet. I think it is nice to have the odd treat, especially if it omits the most harmful ingredients found in commercial products.

Lots of recipes on paleo sites. The Bounty bars are at notenoughcinnamon.com/2015/...

My homemade chocolate is based on the recipe at allrecipes - allrecipes.com/recipe/23621...

Any recipes for SCD or paleo are always gluten free. grain free and processed sugar free.
