I just got diagnosed (age 26) after about 6 months of feeling like a walking zombie and having every test under the sun come back as normal. It was such a relief to know I have a condition I can do something about just with diet! Hiya Thanks a lot. I'm going to use it to track my recovery too. I'm still eating gluten at the moment (in the lead up to my endoscopy biopsy) and am just checking out a few products in advance but soon I'll be fully fledged gluten-free and blogging more often!

Hey, your journey is so very similar to mine, except it took about three years to get diagnosed after a mystery virus.... Tiredness ...constant tiredness, aches and brain fog, with no idea how to make it stop... It's a pretty tough journey negotiating the first few months and what you can and can't have, but blogs like yours really help. Thanks for sharing it xxx

Fab blog..Very witty..:)...And isn't it great to have a diagnosis that explains why you've been feeling like sh*t for ages that definitely isn't cancer..

It's very good to have something out there that emphasises the tiredness side of it - I just randomly fell asleep at all points, and when I first worked out that that it might be gluten related all I could find online were accounts of people's digestive upsets, which I couldn't really relate to.

And thanks for the tip about the multivitamins - so many others are full of maltodextrin.
