Does anyone find that when their food intake slips and they eat wheat/gluten/diary when they shouldn't, that their mood drops?

Hi Kestria

I wouldn't say my mood slips as such; but eating gluten, dairy and soya give me a differing combination of fatigue, brain fog, dizziness or a slightly woozy feeling.

This then makes it more difficult for me to concentrate and to function normally.

Hope this helps.

I found that when I stopped eating gluten my depression lifted so yes I do believe that it can affect moods.
