Well - everyone said how light the cakes were - did not feel heavy as they wd if made with poisonous flour! I had 4 coeliacs there, one who I had not met before. She is struggling to bake so I have made arrangements for her to come over to my house one Saturday and we will bake pizza, pastry and cake for her to take home, she was delighted, as was I, to be passing on my hints and tips. Should start another business, Ali's gf baking school!!!
