After the age of 45
glutathione
levels plummet. I don’t know the exact specifics, but by the age of 60, compared to a 20-year-old, you have about a third as much
glutathione
. Parkinsons patients know how important
glutathione
is.

Curcumin and Ginkgo Biloba Extract Together
Additionally, the combined treatment significantly decreased lipid peroxidation (MDA) and increased levels of reduced
glutathione
(GSH), when compared with the curcumin alone.

Alongside the wellness center activities, he took a variety of supplements to include Omega 3, NAC, D3, K2,
Glutathione
and Magnesium Glycinate. I prepared Pine Needle tea and fruit or vegetable smoothies for him daily.

Glutathione Nebulization?
Has anyone experimented with
glutathione
nebulization? I’ve read that Laurie Mischley is doing it with clients. I tried it tonight using 100 MG of GSH powder dissolved in 1 tbs saline in my home nebulizer. I’m not sure about the dose or what kind of GSH to use. Or even if it’s a good idea?

DX 5 years on Dec 26th. What I’ve learned about my PD. Please Read! It might be helpful.
B2,
glutathione
, Restore Gold (NAC, Green Tea Extract,ALA, TUDCA, Acetyl-L-Carnitive, Grape Extract), NAD+vitamin c/e are some of my favorites. 4. Diet and lifestyle. Long term nutrition deficiencies. I believe a low b2 levels caused a ton of my issues.

avocado - anyone else ?
Hi and happy summer solstice, I’ve recently been trying to improve my diet and read that avocado has many good features, such as high fiber, good fat, vitamin c, b vitamins, folate, vitamin k, and something about it helps the body produce
glutathione
(an antioxidant which helps protect the liver.)

NAC and Glutathione, and my reaction
Glut comes in two common types lately, L-
Glutathione
and liposomal
glutathione
. L-Glut does not mean liposomal in spite of the L. As I now understand in simple terms, , L- it means "reduced". Reduced is the type that is active in the body.

Anyone tried Black Seed Oil?
MPTP administration caused decreased activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and depletion of reduced
glutathione
, with a concomitant rise in the lipid peroxidation product.
