I'm only diagnosed this year after suffering fibro since childhood it's always been my default state. But at least this year I know a name for it. I am an Ayurvedic therapist so I seek out and try alternative treatments while practicing daily yoga for 5mins or an hour I do it everyday, I've been looking into hyperbaric treatments in the new year too has anyone else tried these? I feel much stronger connected to support groups this year after doing this on my own for years blindly I'm sure some of you can relate. I've also returned to work which is kicking my butt I hope I can manage it better atm I work get home and have to take something to help me sleep or I'd be wired til the next day and have to work again.
