Over the past couple of months i noticed what appears to be a rounded area of scaling at the tip of my penis right under my urethra. I have tested negative for std such as chylamidia, gohnorrea, trichomonasis, hiv, and hsv2. I have attached a couple of photos of the area and would like to hear some advice on what the possibilities could be or if anyone has experienced anything similar in the past. At some points the skin differences are more noticable. Seems to be noticable most in the morning and then differentiates when the penis seems to be more moist. Please let me know your thoughts.

If it's scaling I'd bet it's fungal. Women can use canesten single tablet not sure if men can take it I don't see a problem. You could ask on a helpline or a pharmacy.. but they may insist you get a correct diagnosis ... it has one tablet.

Also use canesten cream in tandem.

I am not a medical person & must advise a correct GP diagnosis is best.
