The loss of a parent is difficult no matter the age or cause. Without an autopsy they can’t be certain what the actual cause of death was.

So very sorry for the pain this has caused. I hope you find strength to carry forward and share stories of his love and life.

I am so sorry for your loss. There is no reason or rhyme some times for what happens. We just have to trust God and know that we CAN keep going with our lives.

One way to do that is to celebrate his life and hold tight to the memories. We just had a Heavenly Birthday celebration for a friend on the day of her passing 6 years ago. You will find your own way to celebrate his life! He would not want you to wallow in sorrow.

It might be a good idea to see a grief counselor to help you through this most difficult time. They are skilled at teaching us how to get through the great sorrow of losing a loved one.

You are in our prayers and thoughts during this time.

Unfortunately,we DON'T always have answers to our questions. It sounds to me like grief counseling, as suggested would be very beneficial . Communities usually have groups to come together and help heal each other. Individual counseling of course is always available. Warm wishes for healing your heart.
