Other issues developing after RVATS over 2 yrs ago

I’ve been blessed to have clean scans 2 yrs after RVATS. No other cancer treatment has been required. However, in the last 6 months I have had 3 bouts of bronchitis. I was spirometer tested for COPD and pulmonologist says I’m negative for that. Was just lucky enough to not require steroids. I’m well and on Singulair daily now and inhaler when needed. Next regular scan is next month. Has anyone had “other” lung issues/infections develop after VATS and clean scans? These issues may be pneumonia, COPD, recurrent bronchitis, asthma. At doctor’s suggestion I have gotten the pneumonia vaccine. I’m wondering if this can be a common condition or indicative of something else.
