Is this related to someone in the home dealing with cancer? We underestimate how seriously children are affected. Our local Cancer Support Community offers a program to kids called Kids Kicking Cancer. It's a karate program that helps them develop a sense of control and of power over their lives. I've a friend with stage 4 lung cancer who has 3 children under the age of 6 enrolled in the program.

If there's nothing like that offered at a CSC or Gilda's Club near you, consider looking into enrolling him/her in a youth karate program near you. But talk to the trainer first to make sure their goals are the same as your goals.

Hi I'm Tracy and I am in dia need of some guidance pls.

I had a stroke in 2015 and my son was with me. He now has severe ptsd and so do I.

I am managing well, due to my Son being in a bad place, school keep excluding him. Noi school since oct.

There is lots more that's happened and Camhs are not doing anything.

I feel useless, his anger and confidence is bad, I feel so tired.

Have you perhaps got any resources, that might help.
