You got it. Breath and blow it out. Go for a walk, read a book or visit with friend and family but above all talk to God😊

Try to stay occupied and positive. yes, the waiting is terrible. It seems to go along with our lung cancer diagnoses and treatments. Prayers and good thoughts coming your way.

We all here know exactly how you feel. I have another doc. visit Friday where I find out, like every month, how my "numbers ", are doing, up or down. It's scarey, but something that has to be done. Try to think positive,.Pray. There is power in prayer. Wishing you a good outcome tomorrow !

A lot of closets and drawers get reorganized just before CTs. We call it scanxiety. I hope all goes well

I know it is scary, take a deep breath and make sure to keep yourself busy. Do something just for yourself regardless how large or small it is. Sending you a big hug,

Sending you best hopes! Don't hesitate to ask your doctor for a prescription for an anti-anxiety drug. It's helpful to have a small supply on hand for these moments, and it's very inexpensive.

Keeping you in my prayers. I have been through so many scans and every time I go through the "What ifs". I get through this and wait for the next one. The important thing is getting the scans. My first cancer was about 10 years ago and last year it came back. Thank God for those yearly scans. It was caught early. This year I am doing great. My next scan is in August and I will go through the "what ifs" again. Good luck to you..

You have to just put the what if out if your mind. You will have many new things happening but stay positive and you will find it does get better daily only deal with the here and now. I found reading everything could be overwhelming. My prayers are with you
