Survey on talking to kids about cancer

Calvin College has a CancerEd program that was started by students and faculty. Their goal is to create materials to help teach kids (K-12) about cancer. They are conducting a survey of patients and caregivers to help them learn more about how parents discuss their disease with their children. The survey has been approved the Calvin College Institutional Review Board (IRB). Please see the front page of the survey for important information (link below). Note that the notice that privacy and confidentiality of participants will be maintained.
