Good Morning Warriors, How Are You All Doing? I Hope you are all Coping with the run up to Christmas and not getting yourself to stressed over it, as this will just make yourself worse. I always so if you havent got it by Christmas Eve then there is nothing you can do about it and its not worth worrying about it, You just have to try and enjoy the day as best as you can. We will be around on the FNDHOPE Support groups during the Christmas Period so please dont feel alone, someone will be around to talk to and members will be inline to im sure..
