Second week back in work

Hi guys. I just wanted to let you know how I’m getting on since I’ve gone back to work.

I’m still doing four hours a day this week. It’s quite hard to get my usual routine back. The hardest thing is that I can’t do what I was able to do before. I’m a UX designer and I use a pen tablet instead of a normal mouse. As my hand grip has got weaker, I cannot control a pen precisely like before😩

I know it’s just matter of trying to manage, though.

While I was off work for four months, the team has completely changed, and I feel very strange

I’ll see how things go this week....

Good morning ...been wondering how you are getting on. I know exactly what you mean...as I've reduced my hours from full time to 9-2pm I've had to change roles and teams for a while...feel like a new girl !

It's tough at times, but guess we need to be realistic and pat ourselves on the back for trying our best....that's all we can ask and listen to our bodies....something I seem to struggle with still at times...

Have a good week Lucy
