I wish there was a support group like this across the pond in Canada. I am part British but I don't have anyone I can talk to over here that knows what I have been through. I am starting to feel better (taken off a lot of meds) but the guilt is coming out now.

We were going to try and do an evening meet, but some were concerned it would be too long of a day. Therefore, we have decided to keep it to one support meeting and Dr. Stone will attend that meeting. It will be at 12pm at Cosmo restaurant in Edinburgh.
