Sad to feel that way isn't it. There's no specific FND type support groups near to where I am in Cheshire. There's a bit for Parkinsons/MS though. I found my support by getting over the mental barrier of simply getting out. I go to the gym, pilates and Tai Chi. There are a few things locally aimed at improving mental wellbeing. Speak to your GP or consultant if you still have one, job centres, citizens advice, council office or library. Good luck.

Thank you. Yes i am still able to force myself to go out to walk to town or yoga/gym and work a little bit (very part time) too.

I suppose i really meant that this actual forum seemed unused. Ive now found the FNDHope one too which has more people in it so perhaps a more active group.

I am not diagnosed with anything yet so just looking at all possibilities

Thank you for replying. Best wishes to you and good luck too

Hi GoingthruTreacle, there is a lot of information available on the FNDAction website and there are a few Facebook set up to offer help and advice. Here is a link

fndaction.org.uk/facebook-s...

I hope you find some further useful information there.

I joined the fnd hope Facebook page and there's lots of support on there. I've noticed there's very little on here too compared to the fibromyalgia one x
