The Holland & Barrets is highly recommended . I also take 2 glasses of water every morning before breakfast. Your mental health also

Pregabalin and High Blood pressure
Has anyone experienced increased blood pressure with pregabalin? I know that hypotension is a potential side effect but hypertension not mentioned. I have read a bunch of people's experiences with their blood pressures going up quite a bit after taking it. I have been taking it for about 1 month

Any tips for Natural Modified FET (boost lining)?
Hi everyone, I have a persistent thinnish lining (around 6 to 7mm) after an episode of abnormal bleeding between periods (turned out to be silent endo and a polyp that did not show up on ultrasound). Before that, 11mm was my average. After failing a recent FET, my doctor decided to monitor my lining

Tuff Nutt is back with lots of questions!
In late November, 2023, I made two trips to ER for low BP and extreme chest pain in the same week. While in the hospital the second visit, my pre ER sore throat symptoms developed into something called HPIV-3. My first evening after being discharged, I developed uncontrollable coughing.
