I surprised myself at my lack of reaction when the urologist told me a had a tumor in my bladder- was just one more thing to do. had that surgery and a follow up one- then the seemingly endless series of BCG infusions and more inspections. the most uncomfortable parts of it are: wearing the cath after surgeries, removal of the cath, the BCG infusions....however they were all manageable - ...love my doctor/surgeon! the fears are in your mind- however I was lucky that the cancer did not go thru the muscle tissue

westseajoe Sounds exactly like me. I was completely non-plussed and just assumed all would work out okay which seems to be the case....at least for now! Well done and good luck.
