I had a lot of support from my family, however i found HealthUnlocked very useful and reasuring posting between other sufferers.

However i was disappointed with Macmillan Cancer support. I asked to meet a financial adviser whilst i was having Chemo down Valindre Cancer Center, Cardiff. We had a meeting. She took all my details, and stated she would get back to me, but she never did. I called her back, left messages on answer phone, But never heard off her again.

Mixed decisions...yes I got support from family and friends but social media support groups understood exactly how I felt as we all been there ...you have to search for help yourself unfortunately...regards to hospital I've had ct scans and seen my consultant every 6 months ...could easily phone up his secretary....also have key worker and Stoma Nurse...without help and support it's so easy to feel alone...the worst feeling ever
