The Tulsa Pro would be my choice if this was for BPH and to treat your prostate cancer. G6 is surveillance, but I do not believe in surveillance. If for PCa, then either one will do the job, but I like SBRT as a personal preference for PCa...

I was all set for Proton therapy till my urologist explained how any radiation would make my urinary retention due to BPH worse and I should find something that does both cancer and BPH. Seems like Tulsa Pro will do that. I'd like to speak to more people that have had it both by UCLA and Dr Busch so I can see how good/bad it went. My Gl 6 needs to be treated as opposed to AS due to my high genome risk according to my urologist. Thanks
