•Thrombin cleaves a molecule called GARP (glycoprotein A repetitions predominant) that is found on the surface of platelets;
•GARP cleavage leads to the release of mature TGF-1b from platelets;
•This cleavage is required to activate platelet TGF-b1;
•Blocking thrombin using the inhibitor dabigatran etexilate greatly altered the tumor microenvironment and increased the number and activity of tumor-infiltrating T cells, natural killer cells and neutrophils.

With Pradaxa already on the market, I am surprised that they are not trying some of the immunotherapy trials with Pradaxa to get more "bang for the buck" ...it is something to keep in mind for things like APCEDEN or other vaccines...Thanks for the reply...

If you are referring to the Dr's Best Nattoserra then I take it daily-- at night and Aspirin 2x a day...the person to ask more on this issue would be Nalakrats as he is the best read on supplements.... The label states no established daily doseage...Hope this helps...
