has anyone here been diagnosed with sjogrens syndrome and later be diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis

Yes I had sjogrens diagnosed at my first rheumy appointment, RA at my second. I had been having problems with my salivary glands for over 20 years, so think it had just gone undiagnosed until I had the blood tests to investigate my hand swelling & joint pain.
