I have just looked at the CAB website, and would encourage everyone to explore their blog about the new benefits. It's informative and helpful, and contributors are universal in condemning the chaotic and bumbling new rules.
Do take a look - having information will always help if you are making an appeal, or just want to know what's occurring!
