Please email info@fibroaction.org.

We're having to pursue a formal complaint against Royal Mail because a large batch of wristbands was sent out just before Royal Mail raised their prices. Some made it fine, but others were held by Royal Mail for not having enough postage on and we know some people missed, lost or threw away the notification cards from Royal Mail.

At present all I can do is apologise and ask you to bear with us while we put the complaint in (it's good to hear from as many people as possible this has affected btw). We'll sort it out somehow.

I also paid for some on the 29/3 and still haven't received any. I have e-mailed and was told that they weren't posted and that they would be posted and that I would receive them by 13/4. I still haven't received them. I have sent further e-mails and am still waiting for a response. I advise people not to buy any.

this is so sad that the idea of a wristband fot fibro awareness has fallen flat and so many people have been let down. I think i'll take your advice and not buy one,.... pity

Hello Healey 7,

Sorry you feel dissatisfied your order

I have received your emails today from yesterday & the day before that, please see your email for further information. Briefly to explain on the forum we have we have experienced problems we believe due to recent price increase on the 2nd April. Some of the parcels have either not arrived or some have incurred a handling fee. We have been made aware of a handful of people who have been affected by these issues so far out of 63 orders to date.

We have been discussing making a complaint to Royal Mail and Lindsey the founder & chair of FibroAction will blog soon about her plans to resolve these issues

Again, apologies for the inconvenience

Best Wishes

Emma

They will as postage has been adjusted as Royal Mail hiked up their prices after quoting the price for postage for the wristbands . This is undergoing investigation but anyone now ordering one will get them through no problem

Hello Everyone,

Briefly to explain to the forum we have we have experienced problems we believe due to recent price increase on the 2nd April. Again, apologies for the inconvenience this has caused members. However please be reassured that orders from this date should arrive with no problems.

If you haven't received wristbands ordered more than 2 weeks ago or you were charged extra for insufficient postage, please email info@fibroaction.org.

Please see Lindsey's post she will be blogging soon for further information

Many Thanks

Emma

Hello Kira,

There had been an earlier thread with 35 answers and I think some members were as bemused as we were that some got delivered fine and others not right around the time of the price increase. I wonder how many others were affected by this around the UK

Anyway welcome to the forum as I see you have recently joined

Please feel free to visit our website for more information on Fibro, if you haven't already done so
