I suffer from fibro and psoriatic arthritis. My question is does anyone else suffer with their armpits. I find an hour after showering and using a good deodorant that they are sweaty and smell slightly. Not sure if its the fibro , side effects from medication or something else . thanks

Not sure on this one i am going through a stage i think i smell of BO and getting paranoid about it as i feeel warm and no one else does .

I used a Dove sensitive the other day and it blinking stung like mad i stood like a monkey does cupping my arm Pitts think making all noises too .

Apart from that only feel like flushed sometimes when out of shower and its like Antarctica in my house upstairs as we dont have central heating, so its not the heat and steam either.

Good question though . I not diagnosed with Arthritis but feel i am riddled in it head to foot and OA runs on my dads side .

I have Bhms/eds which is muscles, ligaments are weak and connective tissue disorder and joints are painful .

Have i gone off track here again nooo xxx

Usually i dont have a smell issue xx

Thanks for that lol .. you should get referred and find out what is wrong. I get paranoid and dont want people thinking im dirty . xxxx

Maybe you need to dry more thoroughly after your shower?

Deodorants tend not to work too well if applied on damp skin. You need to dry well, then allow the deodorant to dry too.

It's old-fashioned, I know, but a light dusting of medicated talc, like Cuticura, will help the process along.

Could it be a fungal infection? I had something similar bout a year ago asked in boots she saif to get it checked and in meantime use medicated talc which helped
