Well, still working through the pain... I had a flare up of fibro just before Christmas & I've been in pain since... I'm managing but the pain is constant... I lost one of my pet birds last week which is very sad & that's left me quite down but am getting up every morning & fighting through the pain everyday.
I hope they find a cure or something that eases fibro soon because if this is what it's gonna be like forever I'm going to find it hard to manage, especially as I get older...
It is hard to manage but with the suppirt and love if felliw suffeders I can be done so sorry about yiur oef bird petal
am 25 wa diagnosed ;ast yr at 24 been in this flare for a yr now

Hello Rosie please dont despare and go see your doctor you sound depressed tome,antidepressant. can and do help with the pain.I have had fibro since i was 12 years old and i am now 61 so a very long time and i have had times when i could not walk the pain was so bad.What i
